Amey Plastics has a state-of-the-art Sonderhoff gasketing machine, recently purchased in 2020.

Our CNC Robot provides high quality, custom gaskets to customers in a variety of industries; including the marine, lighting, electronics and promotional sectors.

​

Intricate paths can be followed around any moulding in a 2D or 3D plane and we can also fulfil a number of different size demands – from large gaskets for the automotive or rail industry, to smaller parts for the electronics industry.

​

The Sonderhoff Solution 3 machine also features:

• Fast cure foam seals for indoor and outdoor applications

• High flame retardance according to fire safety standard UL 94 HF-1

• Elastic recovery of 95%, tested in accordance with DIN EN 1856

• Excellent adhesion to powder coatings
