From idea to product. Whether working on a brand new concept or assessing existing models, Amey Plastics are specialists in plastic component design, particularly the design of injection mould tools that create the perfect finished plastic product.

After listening carefully to fully understand the customer’s requirements and objectives, we use product design technology “Solid Works” to communicate all design information more effectively. We then manage the creation of a prototype using SLA 3D printing and present it to the client with a full explanation as to its application and compatibility with the moulding process.

 

We are happy to either meet customers virtually or physically and can either travel to see customers at their place of work or invite them to come and visit our operations.
