The Amey Plastics team is expanding! We’ve been very busy over the last year and we’re now on the lookout for a new team member to join us and help continue our growth. If you are currently out of work and looking for a new opportunity, we need an inquisitive, ambitious and detail driven person to join the team as a Machine Operator.
Job Summary
A key member of our production staff, your role will be to inspect and pack products being manufactured at the machines.
At Amey Plastics, we place a high value on the quality of the products we produce, so attention to detail is key.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Checking the products to ensure they meet our high standard and requirements.
Keeping up with the production rate of the machine.
Maintaining a clean and tidy workstation by the machine.
Assisting the team and Production Manager with other tasks.
Knowledge/Skills
If you’ve no manufacturing experience, don’t worry, full training will be provided.
Be alert and inquisitive.
The ability to multitask.
Good communication.

Able to follow and complete instructions given.
Motivated and ambitious.
Enjoy and capable of working at a high pace.
