Amey Plastics is hiring!

The Amey Plastics team is expanding! We’ve been very busy over the last year and we’re now on the lookout for a new team member to join us and help continue our growth. If you are currently out of work and looking for a new opportunity, we need an inquisitive, ambitious and detail driven person to join the team as a Machine Operator.

Job Summary

A key member of our production staff, your role will be to inspect and pack products being manufactured at the machines.

At Amey Plastics, we place a high value on the quality of the products we produce, so attention to detail is key.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Checking the products to ensure they meet our high standard and requirements.

• Keeping up with the production rate of the machine.

• Maintaining a clean and tidy workstation by the machine.

• Assisting the team and Production Manager with other tasks.

Knowledge/Skills

• If you’ve no manufacturing experience, don’t worry, full training will be provided.

• Be alert and inquisitive.

• The ability to multitask.

• Good communication.

• Able to follow and complete instructions given.

• Motivated and ambitious.

• Enjoy and capable of working at a high pace.
