Our Injection Moulding Facility

All activities are carried from our new 35,000 sqft moulding facility in Alton, Hampshire consisting of a:

  • Mouldshop, housing 12 injection moulding machines that allow Amey Plastics to accommodate both small and large batch orders

  • Toolroom facility

  • Assembly and post moulding facility

  • Stores facility for both tooling and materials

​

Our location allows us to serve all key transport routes to destinations across the UK, as well as airports and port terminals.

Historically we sourced the tubes from China, however rising freight charges, difficulty in demand projection and local storage limitations resulted in the search for a UK based manufacture. We luckily found Amey Plastics.

Lee and the team have been outstanding! From the initial site visit, 3D printed prototype and suggesting revisions to the design. We could not be happier with the service received. The improvements to the design have resulted in a better customer experience. Having the tubes manufactured domestically means we never run out and every member of staff I have met has been happy and helpful.
